The Crossings of Opelika Apartment Homes

The Crossings of Opelika Apartments Homes (formerly Fox Run Apartments) is a new multi-family complex that will be located in Opelika, Alabama.  The OAC team for this project is Fox Run Apartments LLC (owner), Pucciano & English, Inc.  Architects (project architect), Alfa Builders Inc.  and Multicon Construction LLC (general contractors).

The facility will have a 8 apartment buildings consisting of 168 individual apartment units as well as a clubhouse, leasing office, and pool.  Apartments will be ready for occupancy by spring 2011.

The closing for this project took place in September 2010.  Field operations began immediately and construction operations are well underway.
