The Crossings at Millbrook

The Crossings at Millbrook is an upscale apartment community located near the intersection of Highway 14 and Grandview Road in Millbrook, Alabama .  The project consists of a clubhouse complete with pool and business center, 240 apartment units ranging from 650 SF to 1,380 SF, and 26 free standing garages.

The buildings are wood frame construction on concrete slab foundations.  All buildings are 3-story with a center breezeway.  The exterior fascade is made up of manufactured stone and cementitious lap siding.

The Project Team

The Crossings is a development of Homecorp, Inc. and the Electrician’s Pension Fund.  The project construction team is a partnership between Alfa Builders, Inc. and Multicon LLC.  The architect is Pucciano & English, Inc. based in Atlanta, Georgia.
