The Park at Homeplace Apartments

This multi-family facility located in Prattville, Alabama is a 28 building complex complete with a clubhouse, business center, and swimming pool.  The apartment complex is touted as one of the nicest in the Southeast.  Floor plans range from one to three bedrooms and a two level town-home unit is available in each building.  The property in within 1/2 mile of the Capital Hill Golf Course  which is part of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail  and is also in the middle of some of central Alabama’s newest retail shopping developments that includes Bass Pro Shops .

Renovations to the First White House of the Confederacy

This historic home  is located in the downtown area  of Montgomery, Alabama.  The construction renovations consisted of a completely new HVAC system as well as plaster repairs, painting, and a new roof coating system.  During the renovation, all of the historic artifacts were relocated to the Alabama Archives and History Building next door.  The work was performed in the summer and fall of 2007 and the winter of 2008.  The facility re-opened for visitors in the spring of 2008.  Upon completion of the renovations, the facility is able to remain at a much better temperature and humidity level which will prolong the lifespan of this historic facility as well as the artifacts contained therein.
