Oak Grove Inn – Independent Living Facility Expansion

This project involves the construction of a new independent living wing onto the existing facility. The new section will include eleven new apartments and a new clubroom.

The development team includes the owner, Oak Grove Inn LLC, as well as the project architect, Goodwyn Mills and Cawood, Inc., and Alfa Builders as the general contractor.

The contract was awarded in August of 2011. The new expansion will open for residents in June of 2012.
