Oak Grove Inn – Assisted Living Facility Kitchen Expansion

This project consists of the expansion to the existing commercial kitchen for the Oak Grove Inn Assisted Living Facility.  This kitchen serves both the assisted and independent living facilities.  Due to the expansion of the independent living, this necessitated the expansion of the capabilities of the facility’s commercial kitchen as well.

The contract was awarded in August of 2011.  Work on the expansion will commence in February of 2012 and will be completed in late May.

The owner of the facility is Oak Grove Inn LLC.  The project architect is Goodwyn Mills and Cawood, Inc.  Alfa Builders will serve as the general contractor.
