The Park at Homeplace is 100% Operational!!
As of November 3rd, the construction team of Alfa Builders and Multicon Construction have completed all interior punch list items for the Park at Homeplace multi-family project. So at this point, Homecorp, the property manager, has the ability to rent 100% of the units to the general public in the Prattville, Alabama area.
This facility began operations in late winter of 2009 and is approximately 75% leased at this point. This fact speaks highly of the appeal of this apartment complex and also of the demand for multi-family rental options in central Alabama.
This project was a very successful venture for all parties involved. I look forward to posting similar details about The Crossings at Millbrook located in Millbrook, Alabama when that facility comes online in the near future.
